At Black Opal Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number via email.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original designer packaging and include the printed return form inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
